Bought this as a birthday gift for a spiritually curious coworker. First off, amazed by the quality. The bowl is small but sturdy, and the cushion and wooden pestle is very well made. The sound is beautiful and soothing.

My coworker absolutely loves it and puts it on her office table. The size is not too big and it feels okay to leave it on the desk as a decorative item.

Bonus: it gave me a chance to introduce the mantra Om Mani Padme Hum to her!

These are special design Singing Bowls adorned with the Mantra of Compassion “Om Mani Padme Hung”.

By playing the Singing bowl in a clockwise direction, its benefit is equivalent to chanting the mantra of compassion. On the bottom of the bowl is Double Vajra representing the stability or foundation of the physical world and the emblem of protection to guide practitioners with their meditation.
