At Potala Gate, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional service.
SAME DAY SHIPPING is possible if we receive your order before 12:00 Noon PST.
We will do our best to fulfill the needs our customers in a timely manner, providing available shipping options at the least expense. There are no additional HANDLING charges for online customers.

Domestic orders:

FREE SHIPPING for orders $75 USD and over using standard services by USPS Parcel Post, UPS Ground shipping or FedEx groundwithin the contiguous United States.
Faster services are also available at additional cost to our customers via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Please contact us if you have questions or want to use a faster service.

International orders:

We offer International shipping worldwide. Shipping cost varies with the service one choose plus the location and the weight. We offer a wide selection of shipping options which one can find at the checkout.

International Shipping & Customs: We offer shipping via UPS and USPS (Post Office). Please note that UPS often charges higher customs and brokerage fees which are determined by your local government and are completely out of our control. While we do our best to declare a minimum value to help reduce these costs, UPS frequently applies their own processing fees. For a higher likelihood of lower customs charges, we generally recommend selecting USPS at checkout.General speaking sending thru USPS tends to incur minimum to none custom duty fees but it is also takes much longer to arrive. UPS, FedEx and DHL is much more reliable however it does charge Custom fees.
Customer will pay have to pay all custom duty fees, and other applicable fees, dependent on chosen carrier and services available in each country.

Shipping Rates:

Customers will be charged the shipping rate by your chosen carrier, based on choice of standard or faster delivery services, with no additional charges from Potala Gate. Shipping charges are predetermined, based on weight, size and the method of shipment. You can check the estimate for shipping cost at the checkout.

Timeline: Items must be returned within 30 days for a refund.
