Every detail is hand sewn which takes several months to complete.Pieced silk thangkas are especially durable and supple. There is no brittle paint to crack when the thangka is rolled and carried and no glues to come unstuck. Size: apx 17.75" by 26.5" canvas and apx 27" by 51" with brocade frame.
