Our Zafu Cushions are filled with Buckwheat hulls which is one of the best for long term meditation.  Buckwheat hulls will hold its loft and can be shaped for ones need. It  provide a firm yet malleable support ready to contour your body.  Since it is hand crafted, there will be slight variations in design and colors.

Made from sturdy cotton with inside cover for convenience.
