Thank you for your help with my incense problem!

Tashi Deleck! I appreciate your assitance hope the mystery will be solved., I have loved this incense and have used it regularly. I bought 3 boxes this time, I've opened one box and tried several sticks, none have burned correctly, it just won't stay lit. It burns for about a 1/4 inch, maybe 1/2 inch then goes out! It smells great as always, but having to relight over and over is disturbing to my concentration. It puzzles me why it won't burn consistently. I have not tried the other 2 boxes. I was considering what to do. So now I await the results of your investigation to see why this incense doesn't burn as it has in the past. Thank you for great customer service, and for your wonderful online store.

Large: 10" with 30 sticks approx.
