I was very disappointed when my incense arrived 2 days late via UPS Ground

I was very disappointed when my incense arrived 2 days late via UPS Ground. The incense was not packaged in a shipping bag, and they instead put the UPS sticky tag on the outside of the incense box. I couldn't get the large UPS tag off and so I don't have a box to keep my incense in. Poor packaging by seller.

Tashi Deleck! I am sorry the Naga incense doesn't come in a box. Some incense does come in tube or boxes however Naga incense is wrapped in paper. If you like the box we can sent later if you place an order. I am sorry UPS took longer as it all depends on the days whether it falls on a holiday 🙏
